Quality Technician

In this role, you'll support the implementation of our Quality, Food Safety (QFS) Management System, ensuring our products comply with specifications and adhere to our rigorous processes.

• Key responsibilities include:
• Implementing the QFS Policy and assuming assigned responsibilities within the QFS Management System.
• Conducting regular product inspections and preparing reports to ensure quality meets specifications.
• Monitoring adherence to food safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and hygiene requirements.
• Performing behavioral safety observations and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Supporting the QFS training program and conducting sanitation verifications.
• Providing QFS guidance to the plant team and identifying competency gaps for training.
• Participating in the continuous improvement of the QFS Management System.
• Ensuring the calibration of all QFS control equipment.
• Performing other duties assigned by the direct manager to support the role's main purpose.

We're looking for a self-starter with a minimum qualification of a Diploma in chemistry, quality control, or food safety (natural sciences), excellent command of both Arabic and English, and strong computer literacy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with a high degree of business acumen, are also essential.
