Associate – Information Technology | MAF Retail | Head Office Retail

The Associate – Information Technology is a critical role responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our diverse user base. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer care.

• Provide first-level support to all business units, addressing all IT-related requests.
• Offer hotline support during non-office hours, holidays, and weekends as required.
• Support all IT products and services, including troubleshooting and answering user queries.
• Coordinate, test, and review change requests identified by MAF Retail staff.
• Document ticket progress, update journal entries, and close tickets upon resolution.
• Verify solution effectiveness through follow-up and report any potential operational disruptions.
• Contribute to productivity and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in an IT department.
• Excellent business communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
