Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Junior Front-End Developer at PulseMedia, you will play a key role in crafting responsive, user-centric websites and landing pages tailored to the healthcare and wellness sectors. Your responsibilities will include transforming UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable front-end code, ensuring seamless user experiences across all devices. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support SEO initiatives, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance-driven enhancements, all while adhering to industry best practices for usability, accessibility, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-End Development: Develop and maintain responsive, visually appealing websites and digital marketing assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaboration & Communication: Partner with designers, digital marketers, and project managers to deliver cohesive, high-quality projects. Contribute actively to team discussions and propose improvements to development workflows.
• Performance & Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Ensure flawless responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices while adhering to front-end best practices.
• CMS & Website Management: Maintain and update WordPress websites and other CMS platforms. Implement content updates, design layouts, and reusable templates to support ongoing client needs.
• Quality Assurance: Identify and resolve front-end bugs, visual inconsistencies, and usability issues. Conduct thorough testing across browsers and devices to guarantee reliable performance and high coding standards.
• Continuous Learning & Growth: Stay current with modern front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends. Participate in code reviews, seek mentorship from senior developers, and refine your technical and problem-solving skills.

Your Ideal Profile

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Front-End Developer with 0–2 years of hands-on experience in front-end development, including internships, freelance projects, or junior roles. A strong foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential, along with experience in responsive and mobile-first development. Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.js is advantageous, as is experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms. A basic understanding of SEO-friendly development practices and version control systems like Git is also required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first development techniques.
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO-friendly front-end development practices.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD is beneficial.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS or Bootstrap.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards.
• Exposure to healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is a plus.
• Familiarity with JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
