The Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the Branch Sales and Pre-delivery Inspection teams. This position is responsible for overseeing daily operations to guarantee timely and proper vehicle delivery, maximizing customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves monitoring vehicle stock to maintain efficient inventory management within the branch.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations to ensure work continuity.
• Contribute to process improvement, considering international best practices, to enhance business processes, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to meet company and department requirements.
• Collaborate with the Branch Sales team to create a priority list for vehicle delivery.
• Ensure pre-delivery activities are completed 24 hours before customer delivery.
• Promptly notify the Branch Sales team of any identified defects or malfunctions.
• Collect and handover completed and signed documents required for post-delivery activities.
• Interact with sales consultants regarding customer requests to ensure vehicle availability.
• Monitor and control vehicle movements.
• Adhere to relevant departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
• Comply with safety, quality, and environmental management policies to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Qualifications: 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field.
