Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and Manage Financial Accounts: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and trial balances. Monitor account balances and reconcile discrepancies to uphold financial integrity.
• Oversee and Reconcile Customer Accounts: Manage customer accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and credit notes. Conduct regular reconciliations to identify and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare and Update Payment Tracking Reports: Develop and maintain detailed reports on payment statuses, outstanding balances, and cash flow projections. Provide actionable insights to support financial decision-making across departments.
• Process Tax Payments and File Tax Declarations: Calculate, prepare, and submit tax payments in compliance with local regulations. Ensure all tax filings are accurate, complete, and submitted within stipulated deadlines to avoid penalties.
• Collaborate with Internal Departments: Work closely with finance, operations, and management teams to provide financial insights, support budgeting processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters to non-financial stakeholders.
• Ensure Compliance with Financial Standards: Stay updated on accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements to ensure full compliance. Implement best practices to mitigate financial risks and enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional Certification: Active certification from the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA).
• Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant accounting experience, with a proven track record in financial record-keeping, reconciliation, and tax compliance.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle Financials is highly desirable.
• Analytical and Communication Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is a plus.
