Talent Acquisition Specialist - The Groves by SIHAMCO

The Groves by SIHAMCO, a premier destination for fine dining, lifestyle, and entertainment in Riyadh, is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business units. This role focuses on hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), entertainment, and large-scale seasonal workforce projects.

• Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower request through onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, assess, and shortlist candidates for various positions.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
• Prepare offer recommendations and employment documentation.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support high-volume and seasonal recruitment campaigns.
• Coordinate mass hiring events and recruitment drives.
• Manage recruitment timelines to meet project mobilization deadlines.
• Screen and interview international candidates.
• Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Promote SIHAMCO as an employer of choice.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience recruiting within Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B).
• Experience recruiting for luxury hospitality, restaurants, entertainment venues, lifestyle destinations, or hospitality staffing companies.
• Experience supporting overseas recruitment is highly desirable.
