Senior IT Project Manager - KSA Riyadh

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead and drive our IT projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex IT projects across software, infrastructure, and systems implementations.

The role involves defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical requirements. You will collaborate with various teams including business stakeholders, developers, QA, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure project success.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, executing, monitoring, and closing IT projects
• Tracking project progress, dependencies, risks, and issues; implementing mitigation plans
• Ensuring adherence to SDLC, Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
• Facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (for Agile teams)
• Ensuring quality assurance, testing, and change management processes are followed
• Communicating project status, milestones, risks, and escalations to direct Programs and Projects Manager
• Ensuring documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support readiness

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong understanding of IT systems, software development, and infrastructure
• Experience managing Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall projects
• Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (ITSM, ITIL, MS Project, Azure DevOps, ERP)
• Ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously
• Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows
• Ability to perform data analysis and define business rules
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to align business strategy with IT solutions
• Familiarity with process modeling tools

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–8 years of experience managing IT projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, CBAP certification preferred
• Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams
• Bilingual
