Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead our automotive fleet and corporate sales initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to acquire, manage, and expand key business accounts, including corporate, government, leasing, and rental clients. Your expertise in fleet and corporate sales will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing market penetration, and fostering long-term customer relationships. As a critical member of our sales team, you will play a central role in delivering tailored mobility solutions that meet the evolving needs of our diverse clientele. This position requires a strong commercial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement comprehensive fleet and corporate sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and profitability targets set by senior management.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, government, leasing, and fleet accounts through targeted outreach and relationship-building initiatives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Respond to and oversee Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and tenders in strict alignment with company guidelines and compliance standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Sales & Marketing Department (S&MD) to track progress and performance.
Account Management
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and fleet customers, acting as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional service.
- Negotiate competitive pricing, contracts, service-level agreements, and renewal terms to maximize customer value and retention.
- Monitor customer performance metrics and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services.
Market & Product Expertise
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s vehicle portfolio, fleet solutions, financing options, and aftersales services to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and enhance competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute fleet promotions, campaigns, and targeted initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, finance, and aftersales teams to ensure seamless vehicle ordering, allocation, registration, and delivery processes within the Fleet Sales Department.
- Facilitate efficient communication between departments to resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the ordering process, including vehicle specifications, colors, trims, and delivery logistics, to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
Reporting & Performance Management
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance updates for senior management and relevant stakeholders.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, revenue, gross margin, customer retention, and contract compliance to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices in all customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in automotive fleet or corporate sales.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding fleet and corporate sales targets.
- Hands-on experience managing corporate contracts, tenders, and key accounts in a competitive marketplace.
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills with a customer-centric approach.

Work Conditions & Language Requirements
- This is an office-based role with frequent travel to customer sites, industry events, client meetings, and trade shows.
- Must be of Arabic nationality to effectively engage with local markets and clients.
- Fluency in English (very good) and Arabic (mother tongue) is required to communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers.
