We are seeking a dedicated Production Engineer to drive our daily production operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining consistent product quality, and fostering a safe and secure working environment.

• Oversee the smooth operation of production lines, monitoring and controlling key production parameters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Lab, and Maintenance, to ensure seamless workflows.
• Analyze production logs and reports, identifying and addressing any process deviations promptly.
• Uphold compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety, and hygiene standards.
• Provide support and guidance to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

We invite applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, along with 0-1 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in the English language is essential for this role.
