Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The COO is a critical executive role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospital, ensuring the efficient delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This strategic and operational leadership position drives operational excellence, patient satisfaction, financial performance, and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily hospital operations to ensure efficient, safe, and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement operational strategies that support the hospital's goals and long-term growth.
• Monitor operational performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and resource utilization to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience, service quality, and organizational efficiency while ensuring effective coordination between departments.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, accreditation standards, regulatory requirements, and patient safety initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in hospital operations or healthcare management, including senior management responsibilities.
• Extensive healthcare or hospital leadership experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of hospital operations, quality management, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Fluency in Arabic and English languages.
