Key Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Perform the installation, inspection, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment in compliance with local and international safety standards.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose electrical issues, identify faults, and implement corrective measures to ensure uninterrupted operations across construction sites and facilities.
• Compliance and Safety: Adhere to all electrical codes, regulations, and safety protocols to mitigate risks and maintain a secure working environment for all personnel.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of electrical components in construction projects.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and installations, including detailed reports for management review.
• Equipment Handling: Operate and maintain electrical tools and machinery while ensuring proper calibration and functionality.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• A diploma or certification in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as an Electrical Technician, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including power distribution, control panels, and wiring configurations.
• Familiarity with local electrical codes and regulations, such as those set by the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
• Valid professional certification or license, such as the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) certification, is highly desirable.
