Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Planning, Administrator - Analyst to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in supporting the Head of Administration by ensuring the seamless execution of administrative operations across MRHQ. Key Responsibilities
The Planning, Administrator - Analyst will play a multifaceted role in driving administrative excellence. Below are the core responsibilities associated with this position:
- Administration & General Affairs:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline day-to-day operations, including documentation, record keeping, and internal coordination.
- Manage office facilities, liaise with vendors, and oversee workplace services to ensure a conducive and well-maintained work environment.
- Coordinate logistics for business travel, meetings, and visitor management, ensuring smooth and professional interactions.
- Arrange transportation for senior staff as required, maintaining schedules and ensuring punctuality.
- Collaborate with the Head of Administration and relevant departments to address facility management and IT-related matters.
- Support business continuity and crisis management initiatives, including maintaining updated contact lists and providing coordination support.
- HR Administration Support:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
- Assist in tracking attendance records and preparing inputs for payroll processing.
- Support the administration of employee benefits, such as medical insurance, visas, and accommodation, ensuring timely renewals and compliance.
- Finance & Operational Support:
- Manage petty cash and track administrative expenses in alignment with company policies.
- Assist in processing invoices and payments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial protocols.
- Provide administrative support for budget tracking and reporting activities to enhance financial transparency.
- Governance, Risk & Compliance:
- Assist the Head of Administration in maintaining documentation that aligns with governance requirements and regulatory standards.
- Support administrative tasks related to audits, compliance checks, and risk management initiatives.
- Projects & Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to administrative projects and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head of Administration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the Administration function.
- Engage in knowledge transfer activities to build team capability and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities to support financial and operational tasks.

- Familiarity with the Banking Industry and its operational nuances.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in data manipulation and presentation tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Fluency in both English and Arabic (essential).
