As a Lean Systems Coach, you will support the development and implementation of the Lucid Production System (LPS) by driving lean manufacturing initiatives across our organization. Reporting to the Lean Systems Manager, you will take a hands-on, shop-floor-focused approach to build a strong lean culture and enable continuous improvement in safety, quality, cost, and productivity.

• Apply core lean methodologies to support operational teams and lead improvement projects.
• Partner with employees at all levels to identify inefficiencies, implement sustainable solutions, and strengthen daily management systems.
• Develop and maintain lean tools and systems, support training programs, coach teams on lean principles, and ensure alignment with operational performance goals.
• Improve safety, reduce production issues, minimize costs, and enhance vehicle quality through structured continuous improvement.

This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to influence teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and passionate about building a culture of operational excellence.
