Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations with excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and mentor a top-tier team of retail professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service. Foster a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement to drive sales and operational success.
• Sales & Operational Performance: Oversee daily store operations to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor sales performance through detailed analysis, generate actionable insights, and implement strategies to optimize stock potential and revenue growth.
• Customer Experience Excellence: Lead by example by actively participating in sales floor activities, demonstrating a hands-on approach to customer engagement, and ensuring every interaction aligns with the brand’s commitment to superior service.
• Staffing & Scheduling: Maintain optimal staffing levels to deliver consistent, high-quality customer service. Develop and manage employee schedules with a focus on operational needs, seasonal demands, and peak periods to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and operational guidelines to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Conduct regular audits and reconcile cash transactions to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.
• Training & Compliance: Champion operational excellence by implementing and overseeing training programs for frontline teams. Ensure adherence to regional culture, local legislation, and brand standards through ongoing education and development initiatives.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with regional management to contribute to marketing strategies, in-store events, and promotional activities. Align store operations with broader business goals to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Retail Management Experience: Proven track record in retail management, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in the GCC retail beauty industry.
