Finance Transformation Practice

As part of our Finance Transformation practice, you will collaborate with CFOs and cross-functional leaders to design and implement tech-enabled transformation initiatives. Leveraging advanced ERP platforms such as Oracle, you will drive sustainable value by reimagining finance functions through digital innovation, automation, and data-driven insights. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of finance operations for global enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

As an Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager at Accenture, you will lead high-impact transformation programs that deliver measurable business value. Your responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Leadership: Partner with CFOs and senior executives to define and execute end-to-end finance transformation agendas that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Digital Transformation: Reinvent finance functions by implementing Oracle-enabled solutions and cutting-edge technologies such as AI, automation, and advanced analytics to enhance efficiency, agility, and decision-making across the enterprise.
• Problem-Solving & Innovation: Address complex, ambiguous business challenges with structured methodologies, leveraging advanced analytics and value-driven thinking to develop practical, outcomes-focused solutions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Design and facilitate executive-level workshops and co-creation sessions using design thinking and agile methodologies to foster innovation and accelerate client decision-making.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor who consistently delivers tangible impact and exceeds expectations.
• Market Leadership: Drive growth by leading proposals, identifying expansion opportunities, and developing compelling transformation narratives that position Accenture as the partner of choice for finance transformation.
• Thought Leadership & Innovation: Contribute to the evolution of our Finance practice by creating differentiated offerings, reusable assets, and thought leadership in digital finance, AI-driven transformation, and CFO agenda priorities.
• Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning across multidisciplinary environments.
• Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of finance innovation by continuously building expertise in Oracle ERP, finance transformation, AI, and emerging technologies to bring the latest capabilities to clients.

Skills & Experience

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:

• Experience: 15+ years in consulting and finance transformation, with deep expertise in Finance & Accounting (F&A) processes and Oracle ERP-enabled transformation.
• Transformation Expertise: Proven experience in leading finance transformation programs, including value case and business case development, finance value tree and value drivers identification, target operating model design, and finance organization redesign.
• Digital Innovation: Hands-on experience in process digitization, including RPA, machine learning, and process mining.
• Stakeholder Influence: Strong ability to engage and influence CFOs and C-level stakeholders in large organizations, driving alignment and adoption of transformation initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working across service lines, particularly with Technology teams for system implementation and integration.
• Methodologies: Proficiency in agile delivery and design thinking methodologies to accelerate transformation and innovation.
• Post-Merger Integration: Experience in post-merger integration is a plus, enabling seamless consolidation of finance functions and systems.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage medium to large teams (6–16 resources), demonstrating strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical Capabilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex business challenges and drive data-informed decision-making.

Education & Certifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required, with an MBA or postgraduate qualification preferred. Relevant certifications in finance, consulting, or technology will be considered advantageous.
