Collection Officer

The Collection Officer is responsible for the efficient follow-up and collection of claims, ensuring a superior quality of service is maintained at all times. This role involves delivering claims documents to contracted companies, receiving cheques from debtors, and reporting any issues encountered to the Supervisor.

• Delivers claims to contracted companies on a monthly basis.
• Follows up on pending balance amounts with concerned companies.
• Accelerates receipt of payments by resolving payment-related issues and frequent visits to debtors.
• Handles cheques from designated companies for settlement processing.
• Performs special tasks as instructed by the Section Head/Director of Finance.
• Carries out additional duties as assigned by Supervisors.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, preferably with a diploma in Accounting.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in the same field.
• Similar work experience within the Riyadh area.
• Proficient in English.
• Geographical background of Riyadh area.
• Strong communication skills.
