Join our Human Capital team as a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in attracting exceptional talent and creating a seamless onboarding experience. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborate with hiring managers, and help build a positive employee experience from the first interaction through successful integration.

This position is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and recruitment priorities.
• Prepare and update job descriptions and recruitment plans to support hiring objectives.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, employee referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
• Manage job postings, employer branding initiatives, and talent pipelines to attract high-quality candidates.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Administer candidate assessments, reference checks, and background verification processes.
• Prepare job offers, coordinate hiring approvals, and manage the recruitment process through to offer acceptance.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Ensure completion of onboarding documentation, orientation sessions, and workplace readiness activities.
• Follow up with new employees during their probation period to support successful integration and engagement.
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends, labor market developments, employment legislation, and HR best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruitment.
• Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing through onboarding.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies and talent pipeline development.
• Familiarity with labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting onboarding, employee engagement, and probation management processes.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHR) is an advantage.
