Warehouse Supervisor - Operations & Inventory Management

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily workflow, manage teams, and ensure inventory accuracy in our fast-paced warehouse environment. This role involves coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing staff, and maintaining real-time data integrity in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities:

• Operations Management: Coordinate daily workflow, manage shift handovers, lead training processes, and act as the primary point of contact for staff leave planning.
• WMS & Process Optimization: Maintain real-time data integrity in WMS, identify bottlenecks in the pick-pack-ship process, and optimize equipment scheduling.
• Inventory & Quality Control: Lead daily continuous inventory counts, perform regular inventory audits, inspect incoming/outgoing materials, and optimize storage slotting.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with EHS policies, manage hazardous materials, document incidents, and maintain WH facility compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or equivalent with fluent English.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, preferably in high tech or similar fast-paced environments.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of FIFO and LIFO inventory methods.
• Preferred: Dangerous Cargo Declaration/Certificate (IATA or similar), Chinese language knowledge.
