About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Manager, Quality Operations to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The Associate Manager, Quality Operations will be responsible for the following core functions:

• Request Analysis and Review: Evaluate incoming cybersecurity-related requests to assess their context, purpose, and requirements, ensuring a thorough understanding of each submission.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, and business units, to clarify details, gather essential inputs, and align on required actions.
• Progress Tracking and Documentation: Monitor the status of each request and associated actions, maintaining accurate records of updates, progress, and outcomes. Document any gaps, delays, or dependencies that may impact resolution.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare concise summaries and updates for stakeholders, highlighting key developments, challenges, and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
• Compliance and Governance Alignment: Ensure all activities adhere to cybersecurity policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards to maintain organizational integrity and security.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and competencies:

• Cybersecurity Knowledge: A solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and best practices, enabling effective analysis and coordination of related requests.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to dissect complex requests, identify required actions, and propose solutions to address operational challenges.
• Operational Experience: Proven track record in coordination, tracking, analysis, or operational support roles, with a preference for experience in cybersecurity or related fields.
