We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to join our team at RAWAJ in the Education Sector in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal auditing and a deep understanding of the education sector.

The Internal Audit Supervisor will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and performing internal audits of the education sector's operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. This role requires a proactive approach to risk management, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing internal audit plans and strategies.
• Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential areas of improvement.
• Performing internal audits and preparing reports on findings and recommendations.
• Monitoring the implementation of audit recommendations and following up on progress.
• Collaborating with management to improve internal controls and processes.
• Staying up-to-date with relevant regulations and best practices in internal auditing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation or equivalent.
• Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
