Commercial Project Director - Healthcare, Wellness & Leisure

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Commercial Project Director to drive the launch and growth of two innovative ventures in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and shape the strategy, launch, and scale of these businesses.

• Ventures: An innovative orthopedic solution and a new paddle and wellness concept with a membership-led commercial model.
• Responsibilities:
  • Drive commercial rollout of orthopedic medical device solution into Saudi hospitals and healthcare networks.
  • Lead the launch of new paddle and wellness facilities, combining sport, longevity, and partner-brand equipment.
  • Coordinate fit-out, branding, imported equipment, and launch readiness across sites.
  • Build relationships with orthopedic departments, clinicians, hospital decision-makers, and strategic medical partners.
  • Convert inbound interest into new business and help shape early commercial strategy in-market.
  • Support product rollout once Saudi certification is in place and act as a key commercial lead for the brand.
  • Work with the partner team on operational setup and help define the membership and commercial model.
  • Expand both concepts as they grow, with the potential to build and lead teams over time.
• Requirements:
  • Arabic speaker, ideally a Saudi.
  • Strong sales and business development capability.
  • Strong operational mindset with a startup or build-from-scratch mentality.
  • Ideally experienced in hospital sales, medical devices, orthopedics, wellness, leisure, fitness, or paddle concepts.
  • Existing relationships within Saudi hospitals, especially orthopedic departments, would be highly valuable.
  • Commercially minded across sales, launch, operations, and marketing.
  • Self-starter with energy, drive, and a hands-on approach.
  • Motivated by long-term growth and the opportunity to build something significant.
