As a Product Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in promoting, positioning, and implementing high-end surgical solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Achieving assigned sales targets and maintaining strong profit margins within the private healthcare sector in KSA.
• Building and maintaining professional relationships with potential clients, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders within assigned accounts.
• Identifying clinical needs and presenting tailored product solutions through meetings, demonstrations, and value-based discussions.
• Providing technical and clinical support during surgical procedures and organizing product training and educational programs for healthcare professionals.
• Leading product evaluations and coordinating new product trials within hospital accounts.
• Preparing quotations and negotiating pricing, contracts, and service agreements in alignment with company strategy.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 2-4 years of sales experience in the medical industry, with a strong focus on the surgical field and the private sector in KSA.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biology, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.
• Proven technical skills in surgical solutions, medical device knowledge, and sales processes within the private healthcare sector.
• Excellent customer focus, relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
