Business Transformation Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Transformation Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

The Business Transformation Consultant will be responsible for the following core duties:

• Target Operating Model (TOM) Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine Target Operating Models that align with organizational objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Organizational Analysis: Conduct comprehensive assessments of current organizational structures, business capabilities, and operational processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Process Optimization: Lead business process assessments and participate in the optimization of operating models to drive performance improvements and operational excellence.
• Role Definition and Governance: Define clear roles, responsibilities, and governance structures to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective decision-making within the organization.
• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure that operating models are fully aligned with strategic objectives, fostering a cohesive and agile organizational environment.
• Transformation Initiatives: Support and contribute to large-scale organizational transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of new processes, technologies, and structures.
• Documentation and Deliverables: Prepare high-quality documentation, presentations, and operating model deliverables to communicate insights, recommendations, and implementation plans to stakeholders at all levels.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvement and continuous optimization activities to maintain a competitive edge and adapt to evolving business needs.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Participate in and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas is essential:
