Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant specializing in Finance, you will play a pivotal role in supporting go-to-market initiatives for Business Process Operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market research, assisting in proposal development, and analyzing business processes across Finance, Procurement, and HR domains. Leveraging AI tools and methodologies, you will identify opportunities for optimization and innovation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and industry best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Foundational knowledge of Finance, Procurement, or HR principles and operations.
• Proficiency in applying AI tools to enhance business processes and decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

• Financial Modeling Knowledge: Experience with financial modeling techniques, including data analysis and forecasting, to support client engagements and business transformation projects.
• Data Analysis Skills: Expertise in utilizing data analysis tools and methodologies to identify performance gaps and develop data-driven transformation recommendations.
• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of core business operations, including strategic planning, profit and loss (P&L) management, and balance sheet planning, to ensure sustainable client success and profitability.
