Key Responsibilities

The Head of Finance will play a central role in shaping the financial future of the organization by overseeing a comprehensive range of responsibilities, including:

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Lead the finance and accounting functions with a focus on maintaining financial integrity and operational excellence, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
• Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement robust financial strategies that support the company’s expansion plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Treasury and Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow, treasury operations, taxation, and internal controls to ensure financial stability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure full adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Saudi regulations, and corporate governance frameworks, with a strong emphasis on maintaining compliance with Tadawul listing and reporting requirements.
• IPO Readiness and Post-Listing Compliance: Lead initiatives to prepare the company for an Initial Public Offering (IPO), including ensuring compliance with Tadawul’s stringent listing and reporting standards, as well as post-listing obligations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, regulatory authorities, financial institutions, and key stakeholders to foster trust and transparency.
• Strategic Financial Insights: Provide high-level financial analysis and insights to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and professional growth.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree or advanced certification will be considered an advantage.
• Professional Qualifications: A recognized professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or CMA is essential.
• Industry Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles. Prior experience within a Tadawul-listed company is mandatory.
• Hospitality Sector Expertise: Demonstrated experience in the hospitality industry is a prerequisite for this role.
• IPO and Compliance Knowledge: Proven expertise in IPO preparation, listing requirements, and post-listing compliance, particularly within the context of Tadawul regulations.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of IFRS, financial planning, corporate governance, taxation, treasury operations, and risk management.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, strong analytical acumen, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage stakeholders effectively at all levels.
