We are seeking a dynamic Change Management Specialist to drive organizational change initiatives aligned with our digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic change management plans, ensuring successful adoption and transformation.

• Support the planning and execution of change management activities.
• Develop comprehensive stakeholder engagement and communication plans.
• Conduct thorough change impact assessments.
• Assist in crafting change readiness and adoption strategies.
• Coordinate user awareness, training, and communication initiatives.
• Monitor change adoption and measure effectiveness.
• Provide dedicated support to business units throughout transformation initiatives.
• Identify and proactively manage change-related risks and resistance.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and change management documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Change, Digital Transformation, Organizational Development, Project Management, or Business Transformation.
