Pharmacist

Pharmacist - Mecca, Saudi Arabia

Join Masters Clinics, a leading healthcare provider in Saudi Arabia, dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a full-time, on-site Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team in Mecca.

In this role, you will:

• Dispense medications accurately and review prescriptions for appropriateness.
• Provide clear and concise patient counseling on medication use, potential side effects, and interactions.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and manage inventory, ensuring compliance with Saudi pharmaceutical regulations and clinic policies.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize pharmacotherapy and support medication safety initiatives.
• Educate staff and patients on best practices in medication management and contribute to a safe, efficient pharmacy environment.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and continuous learning opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure in Saudi Arabia, with good standing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutics, and medication safety principles.
• Experience with prescription processing, medication dispensing, and patient counseling in a clinical or community pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with clinical guidelines, electronic health records, and pharmacy management systems.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and patients.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage inventory, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• A commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, continuous learning, and adherence to Masters Clinics policies and standards.
• The ability to work on-site in Mecca, with flexibility to support clinic hours and operational needs.
• Prior experience in hospital or clinic-based pharmacy in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
