Land Sterling, a global real estate solutions provider with a strong local presence across the Middle East, North Africa, and Europe, seeks a full-time Consultant – Strategic Consultancy based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. With over 100 years of cumulative experience, our international team of fully accredited experts delivers innovative, tech-led solutions across all dimensions of real estate services.

The Consultant will support and lead strategic real estate advisory assignments, including market research, feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, and portfolio optimization projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Gathering and analyzing data to prepare financial and valuation models.
• Developing clear, client-focused reports and presentations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and participating in client meetings.
• Contributing to proposal development and business growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, with a relevant master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., RICS) being an advantage.
