We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Software Project Manager to drive our projects to success.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Resource Allocation: Develop comprehensive project plans, allocate resources effectively, conduct risk assessments, and ensure alignment with approved budgets and business priorities.
• Project Execution & Reporting: Manage project execution, track progress, maintain records, prepare reports, and monitor performance using key indicators.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the primary stakeholder contact, ensure clear communication, organize meetings, and address concerns promptly.
• Team Management & Performance Monitoring: Provide guidance, monitor productivity, identify development opportunities, and evaluate team performance.
• MIS & Reporting: Ensure timely publishing of key reports, maintain report accuracy, and provide clear updates on project status.
• Special Projects: Lead, manage, and execute special projects or tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
