Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Leadership: Take ownership of technology implementations from inception to deployment, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints and project timelines while delivering measurable value to clients.
• Technical Translation & Collaboration: Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by converting complex requirements into detailed technical specifications and Requests for Change (RFCs), fostering seamless communication and alignment.
• Data Visualization & Insights: Develop and maintain dynamic Grafana dashboards to provide real-time visibility into AI-driven optimizations, enabling customers to track performance improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Innovative Workflow Optimization: Harness the power of modern AI productivity tools to streamline documentation, accelerate analysis, and enhance prototyping processes, driving efficiency across project lifecycles.
• Risk Management & Strategic Growth: Proactively manage risk logs, implement robust control functions, and contribute to key account strategies to mitigate challenges and foster long-term client relationships and revenue growth.

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with a blend of technical expertise, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. To thrive in this role, you should possess:

• Project Management Excellence: A minimum of five years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in software implementation and a deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Industry-Specific Insight: Familiarity with the unique challenges of large-scale industrial enterprises, with a preference for candidates who bring five or more years of experience in mining software or related fields.
• Data & AI Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools and a foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) lifecycles, enabling you to bridge technical and business objectives effectively.
• Exceptional Communication: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts in clear, concise terms for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving project success.
• Global Mobility & Language Skills: Willingness to travel regularly to mining sites across Saudi Arabia and internationally, with a valid driving license required. Fluency in both English and Arabic is essential to facilitate seamless collaboration in diverse markets.
