Position Overview: Data Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Data Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in overseeing and driving data-centric initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives while delivering measurable business value. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in program management, particularly within the banking sector, and a proven track record in successfully leading and executing complex data programs. With a minimum of 12 to 15 years of relevant experience, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of data-driven decision-making and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Leadership: Spearhead end-to-end program management for large-scale data initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and alignment with strategic goals.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, IT departments, and external stakeholders, to define program scope, priorities, and success metrics.
• Banking Domain Expertise: Leverage deep understanding of banking processes, regulatory requirements, and data governance frameworks to drive compliance and operational excellence.
• Data Program Execution: Oversee the planning, implementation, and monitoring of data programs, including data migration, integration, analytics, and reporting initiatives.
• Risk and Change Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure seamless change management to minimize disruptions during program execution.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and metrics to measure program success, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
• Team Mentorship: Lead and mentor a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 12 to 15 years in program management, with a strong focus on data initiatives and banking domain expertise.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data management tools, ETL processes, data warehousing, and analytics platforms is highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex concepts clearly and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Leadership Attributes: Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams, drive consensus, and inspire excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
