Role Overview

As a Mall Operations Associate at Westfield Riyadh, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless and efficient operation of one of the region’s premier shopping destinations. Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining high tenant satisfaction, upholding rigorous company standards and safety protocols, and fostering collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Tenant Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, professional relationships with mall tenants, ensuring strict adherence to Cenomi Centers’ established standards and guidelines. Act as a trusted liaison to address tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Issue Resolution & Compliance: Proactively log, track, and resolve tenant issues, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution to maintain operational efficiency. Oversee compliance with health, safety, and security protocols, including conducting regular inspections and coordinating with relevant departments to mitigate risks.
• Operational Coordination: Facilitate critical processes such as shop fit-outs, tenant handovers, and emergency evacuations, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption to mall operations. Collaborate closely with leasing teams, contractors, suppliers, and internal mall departments to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
• Facility & Common Area Maintenance: Monitor the upkeep of common areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, and functionality. Coordinate with facilities management to address maintenance requests and uphold a welcoming environment for visitors.
• Day-to-Day Operations Support: Provide operational support to ensure the mall runs smoothly, including monitoring daily activities, addressing ad-hoc requirements, and contributing to strategic initiatives that drive long-term success.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record in operations and facilities management, with a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a retail, commercial property, or mall environment. Experience in tenant or customer relationship management is highly desirable.
• Core Competencies:
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with tenants, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with property management systems, health and safety regulations, and emergency response protocols.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is essential; additional proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
