Project Director - Construction Supervision

Join Surbana Jurong, a global leader in urban, infrastructure, and managed services consulting, as we expand our footprint in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead and oversee the delivery of major infrastructure projects across the region.

• Lead and strategically direct multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as the primary client interface, fostering strong relationships with clients, government authorities, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Oversee contract administration, commercial management, and claims resolution activities.
• Drive project excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support business development activities, including client engagement and strategic growth initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (Master’s Degree preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of experience in delivering major infrastructure projects, with significant experience in construction supervision and project leadership roles.
• A proven track record of successfully leading large, complex infrastructure projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of project management, construction supervision, contract administration, commercial management, and project controls.
• Extensive experience managing client relationships and stakeholder engagement at senior levels.
• Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable.
• GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is strongly preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, Chartership, or equivalent are advantageous.
