Production Supervisor

Join Our Team as a Production Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor with a background in water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, or process manufacturing to oversee our production operations, drive quality, and ensure safe and efficient manufacturing processes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily production activities to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
• Lead production teams while ensuring compliance with HSE and company procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and other departments to optimize production performance.
• Support new product introductions, testing, commissioning, and continuous process improvements.
• Monitor production KPIs, budgets, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and mentor production technicians to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• 8-10 years of manufacturing/production experience.
• Minimum 4-6 years in a Production Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, quality systems, and HSE.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience within water treatment, chemical manufacturing, industrial equipment, electro-mechanical, process industries, or similar manufacturing environments.
