We transform bold ideas into thriving businesses, and now, as our portfolio expands, we need a dedicated professional to oversee the operational and administrative aspects of our investment activities.

• Oversee day-to-day fund operations across all entities, coordinating with our fund administrator, GP, legal counsel, and auditors.
• Execute and track instructions, proactively follow up, and ensure full record integrity in line with LPA requirements.
• Manage capital calls end-to-end, maintain a live cash tracker, and ensure all steps are fully documented.
• Track fund expenses, validate invoices, and maintain a real-time cost tracker.
• Ensure all entities are in good standing, coordinate board resolutions, and maintain full operational readiness.
• Support portfolio companies on CR issuance, director changes, and bank account setup.
• Maintain centralized, audit-ready records for the fund, entities, and portfolio companies.
• Coordinate the audit process and ensure all data, documents, and reporting are ready.
• Build and maintain structured tracking systems for tasks, documents, and approvals.

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5-10+ years of experience in fund operations, fund administration, venture capital, or private equity.
• A strong working understanding of fund mechanics, LPA compliance, and investor reporting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong follow-up habits and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with institutional fund administrators or GP management firms (bonus).
• Familiarity with KSA regulatory requirements, entity governance, or MENA fund structures (bonus).
