Lead Operations & Event Delivery at Saudi Arabia's Iconic Entertainment Destination

Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia's future capital of entertainment, sports, and culture, is a 360 km² mega-project just outside Riyadh. As a Director of Operations & Event Delivery, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping this national transformation by leading the planning and execution of all event operations and site-wide delivery at the Cultural and Heritage program.

Your mission is to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of cultural programming, guest experience, and large-scale event operations, aligning with asset objectives. This involves:

• End-to-end planning and execution of event operations
• Logistics, site readiness, and overlay management
• Health, safety, and security oversight
• Guest experience and on-ground delivery
• Vendor and operator management
• Cross-functional integration and feasibility assessment
• Asset and site coordination
• Performance monitoring and continuous improvement
