Lead Large-Scale Project Delivery at Qiddiya Investment Company

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned Delivery Project Director to drive the successful execution of our expansive development portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project delivery, guide multidisciplinary teams, and ensure excellence aligned with Qiddiya's commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability.

• Direct project execution from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Lead and mentor project teams, cultivating a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, government agencies, and senior leadership.
• Develop and implement project delivery strategies, methodologies, and risk mitigation plans for successful outcomes.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to address issues impacting timelines, costs, or quality.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular, comprehensive project status reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in project delivery, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale and complex projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent credential is highly desirable.
• Experience working within the Middle East region, especially Saudi Arabia, is advantageous.
