About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Engineering Solutions - BIM to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust solution architecture components tailored to our development business systems. Your expertise will span across critical domains such as Design, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Digital Twin, and related development platforms. The position requires a strategic mindset to ensure seamless alignment between business objectives and technological capabilities, delivering scalable, interoperable, and reliable solutions that enhance project delivery efficiency and operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture Design: Develop comprehensive solution architecture designs, technical specifications, and integration models that adhere to enterprise standards and best practices.
• Requirements Translation: Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business and functional requirements into scalable, implementable, and future-proof technical solutions.
• Solution Implementation: Lead and execute critical implementation activities, including system configuration, deployment, rigorous testing, seamless migration, and robust go-live support to ensure minimal disruption and maximum reliability.
• Systems Integration: Facilitate seamless integration across platforms, ensuring reliable interoperability and efficient data flow to support cohesive operational workflows.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and update detailed technical documentation, interface specifications, and solution artifacts to ensure clarity, compliance, and knowledge continuity within the team.
• Compliance and Governance: Validate implemented solutions against approved architecture frameworks, governance policies, and regulatory compliance standards to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry best practices.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to proactively resolve technical challenges, integration issues, and alignment gaps.
• Performance Monitoring and Enhancement: Monitor system performance rigorously, identify opportunities for enhancement, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and user experience.
• Operational Readiness: Contribute to the preparation and handover of solutions to ensure operational readiness, minimizing transition risks and maximizing adoption.
• Technology Awareness: Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and innovative solutions relevant to development systems and enterprise platforms to future-proof our technological landscape.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in solution architecture, systems implementation, and systems integration within complex environments.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Domain Expertise: Prior experience working with Design, Engineering, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, or other development business systems is highly desirable.
• Industry Experience: Exposure to large-scale organizations, smart cities, giga-projects, real estate, engineering, or entertainment industries is preferred.
• Consulting or Enterprise Experience: Previous involvement with consulting firms or environments focused on enterprise technology delivery will be considered an advantage.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in enterprise applications, BIM, GIS, Digital Twin, cloud platforms, or solution architecture are strongly preferred.
