Transformative Marketing Leadership Role

Are you a dynamic marketing professional seeking to make a significant impact in the Saudi market? We are looking for a Director of Marketing & Brand to lead our high-performing marketing organization at webook.com, Saudi's premier event ticketing and experience booking platform.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the day-to-day performance of the marketing team, turning strategy into action, and ensuring consistent proactivity. You will identify cultural moments, audience opportunities, and unconventional activations to keep webook.com visible, relevant, and ahead of the market.

• Translate strategy into clear priorities, plans, and accountable owners
• Lead campaign and content execution, ensuring on-brief, on-time, and high-quality delivery
• Build a proactive pipeline of creative marketing ideas and brand moments
• Maintain brand consistency and creative quality across all marketing channels
• Own marketing reporting and performance visibility
• Manage and develop senior team members, agencies, and external partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth across KSA and international markets

We are looking for a Director-level marketing leader with a strong track record in integrated campaigns, brand, social media, partnerships, PR, and experiential marketing. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a high-growth consumer, technology, entertainment, sports, media, or platform business.
