Key Responsibilities

As a Cabin Crew member, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of our passengers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safety and Compliance:
  • Ensure timely attendance, proper grooming, and fitness for all assigned flights.
  • Attend pre-flight briefings to review flight details, roles, security checks, and boarding procedures.
  • Instruct passengers on safety measures and emergency procedures to guarantee their well-being throughout the flight.
  • Identify potential safety and security risks and collaborate with the Cabin Supervisor to implement corrective actions in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Administer first aid to passengers when necessary and promptly report any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor, Flight Crew, or Captain.
• Customer Service Excellence:
  • Provide warm and professional assistance to passengers during boarding, ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience.
  • Attend to individual passenger needs, including pre-bookings, requests, and special assistance for those experiencing stress or difficulties.
  • Promote on-board revenue streams, such as meals, products, and charity services, to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle cash and credit card payments securely and accurately for on-board sales and donations.
• Operational Duties:
  • Conduct thorough pre-flight checks to ensure the aircraft cabin is equipped with sufficient supplies, emergency equipment, and catering items; report any deficiencies to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.
  • Oversee cabin cleanliness at transit stations and ensure adequate re-catering and duty-free products are available before departure.
  • Facilitate orderly handover/takeover of the cabin to and from catering, cleaning, and maintenance staff.
  • Participate in post-flight briefings and assessments, providing objective evaluations and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
  • Assume the role of Cabin Supervisor when designated by the Captain and account for passenger conduct throughout the flight.
• Continuous Learning and Development:
  • Maintain up-to-date professional and safety knowledge by attending recurrent training sessions, emergency drills, and educational workshops.
  • Ensure your license remains current and comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to team success by achieving individual and collective sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements

To qualify for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A diploma or higher secondary certificate is required. A diploma in Travel or Tourism is considered an advantage.
• Training and Certifications: Prior training in First Aid, Safety, and Emergency Procedures is highly desirable.
• Health and Fitness: You must be fit to fly, with no serious medical conditions or chronic diseases that could impair your ability to perform the role.
• Personal Attributes: Presentable, friendly, and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
  • Willingness to relocate to Riyadh or the Dammam Hub if required.
