Role Overview
As a Sales Lead at Bureau Veritas, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and fostering long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will lead, mentor, and support the Sales Engineering team to deliver exceptional results. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with Bureau Veritas’ growth objectives, focusing on expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and end users to drive engagement and secure long-term partnerships.
- Pipeline & Opportunity Management: Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up on opportunities and tenders to maximize conversion rates.
- Proposal Development & Review: Oversee the preparation and approval of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they meet customer requirements while maintaining profitability and compliance with company standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to validate the feasibility and competitiveness of proposed solutions, fostering seamless alignment across departments.
- Negotiation & Revenue Growth: Lead negotiations with key clients to secure profitable contracts while adhering to Bureau Veritas’ policies and ethical standards.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify emerging opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and management reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.
- Team Development & Mentorship: Recruit, onboard, and mentor Sales Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous professional development.
- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to Bureau Veritas’ procedures, accreditation requirements, and quality policies while promoting a culture of safety and ethical conduct.

Technical & Commercial Expertise
To excel in this role, you must possess a blend of leadership, technical, and commercial skills, including:
- Proven leadership and people management capabilities to inspire and guide the Sales Engineering team.

- Willingness to travel within the Kingdom (30–40%) to engage with clients and stakeholders.

QHSSE Responsibilities
Safety and compliance are integral to this role. You will be responsible for:
- Implementing Bureau Veritas’ safety programs within your team and ensuring adherence to HSE policies and procedures.
- Maintaining a tidy and hazard-free work environment while promptly reporting any deviations or risks.
- Participating in hazard identification and risk mitigation efforts to ensure a safe workplace.
