As an IT Coordinator, you will serve as the backbone of our technology infrastructure, providing comprehensive support that empowers both guests and team members. Key Responsibilities

• Proactive IT Support: Respond swiftly to technology-related requests, addressing equipment malfunctions, connectivity issues, and service disruptions to maintain uninterrupted operations across all hotel departments.
• Asset Management Excellence: Oversee the inventory, maintenance, and lifecycle of technology equipment, hardware, and software, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency.
• Seamless Installations: Expertly install, configure, and dismantle A/V systems, communication networks, and IT equipment in guest rooms, meeting spaces, and operational areas, guaranteeing a polished and professional presentation.
• Empowering Training & Support: Provide clear, patient guidance to team members and guests on hardware and software usage, resolving technical challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Guest-Centric Billing: Accurately process equipment and service billing for guests, address billing inquiries with transparency, and authorize necessary adjustments to uphold satisfaction and trust.
• Detailed Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of repairs, maintenance activities, and service requests, identifying recurring issues and escalating critical concerns to prevent future disruptions.
