Business Analyst

Experienced Business Analyst - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 8-12+ years of experience to serve as a bridge between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, and stakeholder management to ensure successful project delivery.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions
• Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), use cases, user stories, workflows, and process maps
• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements
• Maintain end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, project managers, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation activities
• Facilitate change management and ensure requirements align with business objectives
• Assist in solution design discussions and impact analysis

Must Have Skills: Proven experience in requirements elicitation, use cases, process documentation, requirements traceability, and UAT support. Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications. Experience with process modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, or Visio. Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid project methodologies. Familiarity with documentation and collaboration tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence. Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Good to Have Skills: Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or ECBA. Knowledge of SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis and reporting. Experience with API integrations and system integration projects. Familiarity with SDLC, DevOps, or CI/CD concepts. Experience in digital transformation, enterprise applications, or cloud-based solutions. Exposure to change management and business process reengineering initiatives. Domain experience in Banking, Finance, Healthcare, Telecom, Retail, Government, or Enterprise IT projects.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8-12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or enterprise projects. Proven ability to manage complex requirements across multiple stakeholders and projects. Excellent documentation, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
