Key Responsibilities

The Delivery Director will play a central role in the project’s lifecycle, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder management. The core duties include:

• Project Leadership: Spearhead the comprehensive delivery of commercial office projects, ensuring seamless progression from design and procurement to construction and handover, while adhering to predefined timelines and financial parameters.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement robust project delivery plans that integrate corporate goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations to ensure cohesive and efficient execution.

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in project delivery, with a strong focus on commercial office developments or large-scale property projects.
• A demonstrated history of successfully managing complex construction projects to completion, with a keen eye for detail and operational excellence.
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and align diverse teams toward common objectives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction methodologies, project management tools, and regulatory frameworks governing commercial developments.
