About the Role:

• Manage and optimize the Company's IT network infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and proactive security measures to safeguard network data and meet organizational requirements.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:

• Network Operations:
• Manage and secure the Company's IT network, implementing comprehensive security measures.
• Design, deploy, and maintain the network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct capacity planning, propose scalable solutions, and integrate network solutions into the overall IT infrastructure.
• Provide expert technical support to end-users and stay informed about industry trends.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Network Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
• Monitor and assess network performance, diagnose and resolve issues promptly.
• Support network-related issues and ensure timely data recovery procedures.
• Network Security:
• Implement security measures, conduct vulnerability audits, and establish firewalls.
• Monitor, identify, and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents.
• Conduct regular security assessments, design security infrastructures, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Lead investigations into security breaches and coordinate response efforts.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate security best practices.
