Senior QA/QC Inspector

The Senior QA/QC Inspector is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems, conducting regular audits and inspections, and collaborating with project teams to drive continuous improvement.

• Develop and maintain quality management systems, procedures, and standards.
• Create inspection plans, checklists, and procedures for quality control activities.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections of work processes, materials, and products.
• Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of inspection activities.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor performance, conducting audits and assessments as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to QA/QC inspectors and project teams on quality control processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to address quality-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management system certifications.
• Support HSE initiatives and contribute to incident reporting and resolution.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

• In-depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Auto Cad, and Primavera.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex technical data.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, specifications, and quality systems, such as ISO 9001, QCS, ASTM, BS, BSEN, ACI, and AASHTO.
• ERP knowledge, preferably with SAP functional skills.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001 or equivalent) or ASQC certification (CQM/CQE), with a minimum of 5 years of working experience.
