HAMTE GROUP is seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods to various destinations while adhering to all traffic regulations and company policies. Key Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Operate commercial trucks to transport goods, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company guidelines to minimize risks and maintain operational integrity.
• Route Planning and Navigation: Plan and follow efficient routes to optimize delivery schedules, reduce fuel consumption, and ensure timely arrivals at designated locations.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues, report defects, and ensure the truck is in optimal working condition. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance. Ensure all required documentation, such as logs, permits, and delivery receipts, are completed and submitted in a timely manner.
• Customer Service: Represent HAMTE GROUP professionally by interacting courteously with clients, warehouse personnel, and other stakeholders. Address any delivery-related queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Load Management: Secure and balance cargo to prevent shifting during transit, ensuring the safety of both the load and other road users. Comply with weight restrictions and loading guidelines.
• Adherence to Regulations: Stay updated with local and international transportation regulations, including licensing requirements, weight limits, and hazardous material handling protocols where applicable.

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Truck Driver, preferably in a logistics or transportation environment.
• Strong knowledge of road safety, defensive driving techniques, and vehicle operation.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
• Physical fitness to load, unload, and secure cargo, as well as perform vehicle inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in basic record-keeping and the use of GPS or navigation systems.
