The Jotun Group, a global leader in paint and coatings, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance and Projects Manager for our Dammam facility. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activities and projects to ensure our production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment lifespan.
• Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and manage maintenance and project budgets.
• Supervise and mentor maintenance team members.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in maintenance management, with a proven track record in a manufacturing or industrial setting. A degree in Engineering or a related field, along with proficiency in CMMS software, is preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
