Key Responsibilities

The Clinical Support Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of duties that support both internal and external stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Sales Team Coordination: Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure smooth and efficient commercial activities. This includes coordinating logistics, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between departments.
• Product Demonstrations and Training: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and clinical training sessions to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize our medical devices effectively and safely. Your ability to engage audiences and convey complex technical information in an accessible manner will be essential.
• Product Installations and Client Onboarding: Oversee the installation of medical devices and manage the onboarding process for new clients. This involves coordinating with technical teams, ensuring installations are completed on schedule, and providing post-installation support to guarantee client satisfaction.
• Performance Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to drive performance and contribute to the achievement of business targets. Your insights and feedback will be invaluable in identifying opportunities for growth and improving our market presence.
• Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. Your ability to network effectively and represent our company with professionalism will be critical to our success.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal departments, including sales, marketing, logistics, and technical support, to ensure timely delivery of products and consistent service support. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our internal processes with the needs of our clients.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you will bring a minimum of two years of relevant experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry. Your expertise will be complemented by the following key skills and attributes:

• Training and Demonstration: Proven ability to train healthcare professionals and deliver effective product demonstrations, ensuring they fully understand the benefits and functionalities of our medical devices.
• Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as required to support sales activities, installations, and training sessions across Riyadh and potentially other regions.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address challenges proactively and find innovative solutions to meet client and business needs.
• Professionalism and Adaptability: A professional demeanor, adaptability to changing environments, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service.
