Solution Architect - ICT

About the Role

FAMA Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect - ICT to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role is designed for professionals with a strong background in pre-sales activities and extensive experience in Cisco and Fortinet solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in driving customer engagement, designing tailored ICT solutions, and supporting business growth through innovative technical strategies.

Key Responsibilities

The Solution Architect - ICT will be responsible for leading the entire sales cycle, from initial client engagement to final contract negotiation. Your core duties will include:

• Customer Relationship Management: Qualify customer needs, engage with stakeholders, and build long-term relationships to foster trust and collaboration.
• Solution Development: Design and develop comprehensive ICT solutions that encompass networking, security, cloud, and infrastructure technologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Technical Proficiency: Deliver masterful demonstrations of our software solutions, prepare compelling technical proposals, and respond to RFPs with precision and creativity.
• Innovation and Documentation: Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and innovative technical solutions while maintaining meticulous documentation for all projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales teams to identify customer needs, collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and support proof-of-concept (PoC) deployments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in ICT, networking, and cybersecurity to provide cutting-edge solutions that meet evolving market demands.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years in ICT solution architecture, pre-sales, and technical consulting, with a strong focus on Cisco and Fortinet solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with networking, security, firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud solutions. Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or NSE 4-7 are highly desirable.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions while adhering to industry standards and security compliance frameworks.
• Work Authorization: Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia or a transferable Iqama.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your candidacy:

• Experience with enterprise ICT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity solutions.
• Knowledge of AI-driven networking and automation technologies.
• Experience in managing vendor relationships and supporting RFP processes.
• Proficiency in additional languages, particularly Arabic.
• Experience in writing online content or creating technical documentation.
